Smith, one of the na tion’s foremost foreign policy ex perts, will speak here Sunday as a part of the Great Issues lecture series. Smith, who is a political scien- tiM, lecturer, educator, will speak at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Memorial Student Center ballroom. His topic ■will be “A New Policy for Asia.” Great Issues seines tickets will be good for admission, and $1 tick ets can be purchased at the door. Smith has a distinguished list of accomplishments. He is now the New York Times’ foreign policy editorial writer, and is also a pro fessor at Drake University and Bernard college.
