L. Wilson, president of the Texas j Architectural foundation, an agen cy of the Texas Society of Archi- teifs. The awarding of the grant will be made to an outstanding fourth- year student each year from either A&M, the University of Texas, Rice institute, Texas Tech or the Uni versity of Houston. The winner for the coming school year will be announced May 1.
