The license tag was given to Larry Hill,, civilian student who keeps Reveille, to put on the Collie mascot. The veterinary hospital gave Reveille her annual vaccination shot, which is necessary to get thQ license, last July. Panel walls, a new lighting sys tem, lower acoustic ceilings, drap eries, new tables and chairs and a new PA system will go before the February meeting of the board of of directors for approval. When asked what he thought of the new tile floors in the hall, Pen iston replied, “They’re the stuff!” The same work will be done to Duncan dining hall after the Sbisa remodeling is finished. Among his proposals, which dealt mainly, with tax increases, were requests for rais ing the tuition at state colleges from $25 to $50, and for establishing a college build ing fund for all senior colleges through a constitutional amendment.
