science could exist if students did
not “censure” their friends for
talking things over with their of
ficers.
“The students must realize that
the administrative officer’s are al
ways willing to help them in their
personal problems,” Col. Davis
said.
“We would like to be able to
give more individual attention to
the cadets. In talking over their
problems with us we would better
understand their point of view
and they could understand ours.
“In this way, I am sure a meet
ing of the minds could be found
on any problem.”

Six-Day Alarm-Clock Game
Several times a day during the next six days, a hidden alarm clock will sound
in the store. If you are a shopper in the store at that time, freeze in your
tracks. For there will be a key item written on a sheet of paper in the box
containing the clock. It may be, for example, Folgers Coffee, or Heinz Catsup,
or Pillsbury's Flour.
Official Notice
April first is the last day on which sen
iors may place their orders for rings to be
delivered before the ring dance. Please
place your order before April first if you
expect to have the ring for the ring dance.
H. L. Heaton,
Registrar
The Game and this week's Specials start 4 pm Thursday. The Specials
run through Saturday. The Game continues throughout the first four
days of next week.

If you are the person nearest the regular display of that key item, you will
receive ABSOLUTELY FREE all the groceries in your shopping cart you have
selected to buy. The next time the alarm sounds, a different key item will
govern the winner. It will be fun. It will cost nothing to enter. It will en
courage shoppers to browse about out store and become more aware of our
good sound everyday bargains.
(Note: The key item is merely a geographical spot from which to
measure, and has nothing to do with the prize. The winner determines
the prize by her purchases already in her shopping cart when the alarm
starts ringing.)
