Students majoring in petroleum
engineering, will present papers at
the annual joint meeting of the
American Institute of Mining'and
Metallurgical Engineers, Inc., to
be held here December 8*9. ‘ ,

at the meeting and prizes award
ed. The winners will be announced
at the banquet December 8, in

day, with verdicts expected
today or Thursday.
All 10 defendants had pleaded at
least partially guilty to joint char
ges they collaborated' with jthe
Nazis in Yugoslavia during jthe
war. Most of them admitted jfjir-
nishing information to the Soviet
Embassy after the war, but ftpme
of them denied it was syping.
. The prosecution completed
case yesterday. Closing arguments
will be made next.

The girls, to be members, must
be over 16 years of age and high
school graduates. The average
age of the group is 17. New
members will be selected and ad
mitted twice each year. f
