The Student Life Committee
shall work to achieve the following

(a) Membership.

composed of two faculty and two

mendations to the Student Life
Committee.
Section 3. Social and Entertain-
■ The Student Life Committee
shall perform the following duties;
(a) Prepare and issue rules
governing the care and use of the
dormitory lounges and amend the
rules as need arises.
(b) Review annually the point
system for valuing student of
fices and make changes in the
system if necessary,
(c) Approve contracts for the
various student publications and
awards submitted to it by the Di
rector of Student Activities.
(d) Approve the Social Calen
dars. j
(e) Select each year during the
first half of the spring semester
the list of students for Who’s Who.
The number selected shall not ex
ceed one per cent pi the total clas
sified juniors and seniors enrolled
in that semester. The students se
lected shall be chopen on the basis
of popularity, leadership, and par
ticipation jin activities from those
juniors and semoi4 having a grade
point ratio of 1.5 or higher. The
registrar’s office shall be the final
authority as to cl&fsification and
grade point ratio.
(f) Exercise general supervi
sory control over |all student pub
lications.
(g) Supervise the activities of
the Town Hall Mjanuger, the yell
leaders, and the edltors-in-chief
of all student publications. The
committee shall have power to re
strict or remove these officers for

composed of one faculty and two
student members of the Student

The Student Life Committee

those powers assigned them by the

selected to serve on its special
committees, provided that such
persons shall never constitute a
