Students are required to park their vehicles in assigned areas and walk to class es. Special driving and parking privileges may be issued by the Campus Security Office for those persons who have special needs. Motor vehicles operated on the campus must be effectively muf fled. Scooters and motorcycles must be as effectively muffled as a modern automobile and will be inspected before registration is complete. U. S. All Texas laws governing the driver, the vehicle, and the streets are effective on the campus and will be enforced, Hickman said. A record of the money accrueing from reinstatements of permits is kept and audited, and at the end of each semester this money is made available to a fund for the betterment of student life on the campus.
