RADIO CLUB TO MEET
TONIGHT IN EE BLDG.
The Texas A. & M. Radio Club
will have a meeting Wednesday
evening at 7:00 p. m., in the E. E.
Building. All members are urged
to attend, and visitors are cordially
invited.
CAMERA CLUB TO MEET
TONIGHT IN YMCA
The Camera Club will meet to
night at 7:30 in the Cabinet Room,
of the YMCA. All students, faculty,
employees of the college and their
wives are invited to attend.
GRADUATE CLUB MEETS
THURSDAY EVENING
The Graduate Club will meet
Thursday night at 7:30 in the As
sembly room of the Y. M. C. A.
Dr. Paul B. Pearson from Texas
Agricultural Experiment Station
will speak to the club on “Graduate
Study and Research”.
The Aggieland “Barbershop”
Quartet featuring Grady Griffin,
Charles Thoma, Bob Leatherwood
and Lloyd Bailey will give their
interpretation of barbershop har
mony of the gay nineties.
A party, picnic, barbecue, or
some other social event will be
planned at this meeting. All grad
uate students and their wives are
cordially invited to attend.
Passover Festivities
Slated for April 15
Passover Services and Banquet
will be held Monday evening, April
15, at 6:30 p. m., at Sbisa Hall un
der the auspices of the A. & M.
Hillel Foundation for the benefit
of Jewish students on the campus
and their families. The services
will be conducted by the boys them
selves with Harold Borofsky and
Mark Halleck in charge.
PORT ARTHUR CLUB
MEETS TONIGHT
The Port Arthur A. & M. Club
will hold an important meeting
tonight at 7:00'p.m. in Room 205
Academic building. Plans for a
picnic during the Easter holidays,
and attendance at the Port Arthur
Muster will be discussed.
HORT. SOCIETY WILL
HEAR CUBAN SPEAKER
The Horticulture Society will
meet Wednesday, April 10, at 7:00
p.m. in the Southeast Corner of
the Animal Husbandry Building
pavilion. Mr. Cintron will speak on
Cuban horticultural crops. Refresh
ments will be served, and the pub
lic is invited.
LANDSCAPE ART CLUB
MEETS THURSDAY NITE
The Landscape Art Club will
meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the
Greenhouse.

Subject: Laundry for the week of April
8 to April 13 only.
To: All students.
1. In order to get all laundry back to
students prior to the Spring recess, the
following schedule will apply this week
only.
2. All students in Dormitories 1 to 12
inclusive (regardless of alphabet) will turn
their laundry in before 8:00 a.m. Thurs
day and Friday mornings.
3. All students that turn their laundry
in to Station No. 3 in Foster Hall, (re
gardless of alphabet) will turn their laun
dry in on Friday before 8:00 a.m.
4. All students that turn their laundry
in to Station No. 4 in P. G. Hall, regard
less of alphabet) will turn their laundry
in Saturday before 8:00 a.m.

publicly opened and read, for one used
1942 Plymouth DeLuxe Four Door Sedan,
equipped with heater. This automobile may
be seen by calling at Room 107, Goodwin
Hall, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
5 :00 P.M. The vehicle will be sold “as is”,
the purchaser to pay transfer tax and the
1946 State license, as the State exempt li
cense plate will removed. The right is re
served^ to reject any and all bids. No bids
above ceiling price will be considered. All
bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s
check, money order or cash for ten per
cent of the amount of the bid. Award will
be made by drawing lots if two or more
identical high bids are received. The sue-,
cessful bidder must complete payment and
remove the automobile within twenty four
hours after award of sale.
