A Veterans Administration spokesman has remarked that the Administration will soon recommend that the sysfem be amended to provide: 1. Partial Lump Sum Settlements. 3. 2. Removal of Restrictions on Bene- . ficiary Eligibility. 4 * The servicing of NSLI is the responsibility of conscientious life underwriters.
