ing October 18. Broadcasts will be

Jute, hemp and sisal are fiber
plants from which rope, cordage
and twine are made.
Introductions fall into two class
es ,the necessary, and the unneces
sary. It is better to make too
many unnecessary ones than to
offend someone by not introducing
him.
You Should Always Introduce:
1. Any guest whom you bring
into your home, to all other mem
bers of your family.
2. All guests to the guest of
honor.
3. Dinner partners.
4. Members of a small group.
5. Your partner to the chape
rons at a dance, unless the dance
involves several hundred couples.
At such affairs, you should do so
if you are a member of the dance
commitee or are in any way re
sponsible for the affair.
6. All players in any game in
volving a few players, such as
bridge, tennis, or badminton.
7. The visiting guest to the
hostess who has included him or
her in the invitation.
each month the program will be
beautiful hymns. Various other
functions of the new program will
be announced at a later date.
Introductions are unnecessary on
the street. If some person you
know stops for a moment to talk
with you, your companion should
walk on a few steps and wait for
you. If you invite the third person
to join you, you will, of course
introduce him or her to your com
panion.
If you are seated at a table in a
restaurant or hotel with others,
you need not introduce anyone who
stops for a mement to speak to
you unless you ask him or her
to join you.
