chased at a reduction in the pre
sent prices end the contract price
has been guaranteed for the com
ing three years. The contract was
let by the committee after compe
titive bids had been submitted by

Thureday morning for Houston and
Galveston on their annual trip. Be
fore leaving Collet* fttation the
Glee Club will sing at the faculty

First stop on the trip will be
Houston where the Glee Club will
sing at six events. In the morning
the men will sing st a meeting of
the Houston A. A M. Mothers Club
and at one of the Houston high
schools. Follow’.gnng this they will
sing at the weekly Optimist Club
luncheon, and Thurvisy afternoon
the Glee Club will bro.dcest over
KTRH from 2:15 to 2:46.
Friday morning they will sing
st ths Lamar and Stephen P.
Austin High Schoels. Following
these engagements the Glee Club
will go to Gatveeton where they
will ftret give an afternoon con
cert at the Lovenberg Junior High
School Auditorium. The en
gagement of the Glse Chib will be
at the Sacred Heart Academy in
Galveston. The men will return to
College Station either Friday night
or Saturday morning.
The officers of the dee Club,
of which J. J. Woolket is director,
include Henry Elrod, president; Sig
Neubert, vice president; K. M.
Curts, business manager; and Bill
MagilL publicity manager. Marion
Lfle is the accompanist.

Saturday between Baylor, T. C. U,

Moeer started the day by daim-

teammate McClain. In the 100
yard dash Cecil set the pece led
the field in 9A seconds and retorn-

high hurdles and 220 low hurdles
but was followed close in each
event by Creasy of Baylor. Hogan
and Strother pieced second and
third behind Smith of T. C. U. in
the mile run. Strother returned
the two mile to lead the field

The Aggie relay team won the 440
relay in 43.2 seconds and was de
clared winner bf the mile relay
•• it was the only teem entered.
The shot put was won by Tbetna-
•on, the broad jump by Todd, the
javelin throw by Smith and Con-
nateer took second place in the
high jump. Faubkm and Schroe-
der placed first and third in the
di*cus throw. In
the Aggie team carried second,
third, and fourth places with Harbi-
•on, Kissinger, end Dreiss going
over.
T. C. U. was second in the meet
with 26 points, S. M. U. third
with 28 points, and Baylor in
fourth place with 12 points.
