is without a doubt the greatest
■ inappointment ofthe season.
Starting out as a very interesting
piece of work the plot bogs doom
shout the middle of the picture and
not even the highly squeaky voice
of Andy Devine cap patch H up.
The picture although in techni
color, is nothing of eitra-ordinary
quality. The acting 6f the children
in the early sequences of the pic
ture overshadows the acting of the
adults, which also thkes away from
the effectiveness of the picture

One cannot help liking the acting
of Wallace Beery, because he is
an honest trouper,, but there are
some doubts as to whether or not
he will be able to face his public

pictures include his name in the
roll.
