When Aggie Coach Homer Nor
ton said the T. C. U. team was
one of the best he had ewer seen,
he was not over-rating the Progs
at all.
T. C.. U, wbch ialways has a
team well up with the best, is really
set to go to town this season. It’s
bit early for picking tbs ns

can be no question that Dutch Mey

TODD OUTSTANDING
But while A- k M. didn't come
out on the right side to boom his
stock highly, Dick Todd was good
enough for All-American rating
and then some. To those who have
hinted around that Todd was just
a flash in the pan, Jb I-to-you-eo's'
are in order. He played a great
game.
And so did all the players on
both teems, barring some unfor
tunate but elways-present muffs.
Tbe thing I regret moat is that
the sise of the score might be mis
leading to a great many people
The affair was ne runaway; it
was a close (until the last quarter),
hard-fought contest betweea two
teams which under ordinary dr
rumaUnces would be about equal
in strength
I donV want to apologise for
the defeat ef the Aggie team, but
there are some points which should
be considered. v
