National Intercollegiate Match,

liminary for the Hearst Trophy
Match, the firing for which id to

The team which is to represent
A and M College in the Heirst
Match stands among the best eight
teams of the country. The team is
. composed of the following mem
bers: So. 1, C. P. Henley or L. R.
r Sayers; No. 2, R. Huffaker; No. 3,
K. Tu'ker; No. 4. T. G. Guerdrum;
and No. 5, C. A. Toach.
The results of last week's firing
in intercollegiate matches were
very encouraging, according ito
jj Lieutenant Reierson, coach of tihe
| team. Out of the twenty-thdee
matches fired, A and M lost only
four and these were to schools p<>*-

amounted to 1H!H with ( . A. Tosch,

trol will be on the campus next
Friday and Saturday, March 23-
24, to confer with the president
and other college officials Relative
to the appropriations and new hud
get for the college and its divisions
for the next fiscal year, which will
begin September 1, 1935, accord
ing to S. G. Bailey, executive si
retary of the college.
Members of the Board of Con
trol are 0. D. Teer, chairman, J.
F. Wallace, and H. C. Meyers, a
new member of the board. J. B.
Hall, chief of the division of ap
propriations and estimates, for the
state, will also be here to confer
with the board Mr. Bailey stated.
