Mr. O. C. Gebhardt, of the Phe-
nix Dairy in Houston, one of the
outstanding plant laboratory men
in Texas, will assist the Depart
ment faculty in conducting the
course. The program is to be held
in the laboratory and will be in
formal in nature. The various prob
lems will be demonstrated and dis
cussed and the students will be giv
en full opportunity to make any
of the tests which they may care
to, themselves.
In addition to the regular prog
ram there will be an educational
grading of ice cream and butter
samples sent in by the plants
throughout the state.

Kow Klub will hold a joint ban
quet with students attending the
Short Course.
