Maybe it’s not nice to brag
and pat oneself on the back but
we don’t believe we are to blame
for this feeling of exultation
over the comments we have
heard on our remarks about Sun
day picture shows last week. If
you hadn’t made the comments
we would never have thought of
bragging.
Anyhow, folks, we believe we
have started someone to think
ing and we’d like to lay a wager
that we have something to do be
sides tell dirty stories and shoot
craps on Sunday afternoon be
fore Thanksgiving, for we feel
as though Sunday afternoon pic
ture shows are almost upon us.
We are almost certain that we
can get them if we just ask hard
enough and that is what it is up
to us to do now—the entire stu
dent body should ask as one
that we be given some better
form of amusement to occupy
ourselves on Sunday afternoons.
