Comes from X— or Y— or maybe fate Sent him in from out of state, But be it North, South, East or West You might as well right now confess That—he’s your Brother Aggie! He borrows money that he don’t pay back And tells you lies he claims are a fact He wears your, clothes and dates your gal And sure don’t act like he was your pal, Bue—he’s your Brother Aggie! You stand beside the dusty road He comes along in a brand new Ford You yell at him, “Hey, gimme a ride” And he looks at you as if you’d lied, But—he’s your Brother Aggie! And at mess he doesn’t care If all you get is the bill-of-fax-e He stuffs and stuffs and gives no heed To youi - few wants or simple need, But—he’s your Brother Aggie! In class he acts a regular bum Tries his best to make you look dumb Spends the time from bell to bell Confirming things the instructors tell, But—he’s your Brother Aggie! When he’s alone he’ll always speak But he’s more than apt to turn a cheek If by chance you happen to meet Him walking down a crowded street, But—he’s your Brother Aggie! And at the show he doesn’t care If your Mother or Sister’s there But yells his sentiments right out loud Just a stranger in the crowd, But—he’s your Brother Aggie! And sometimes in a public place He casts on you his own disgrace For since you wear the u’form too Folks all turn and look at you, ’Cause—he’s your Brother Aggie! Las Vegas, Nev.—Scientists are exploring near here a cave believed to have been inhabited by Indians about 1500 B. C. Raymond Harris, of the South west Museum of this city, heads the party which is delving into the mys teries of the cave which he found last winter, and from which he took skeletons which gave indications of belonging to a people skilled in the 1 making of baskets, but who had not developed the art of poetry. The cave also contains bones which seem to Harris to belong to the age of 25,000 years ago when saber tooth tigers and imperial elephants domi nated this land. Finding of human and animal re mains of the Pleistocene period de cided the museum to make a more extensive search of the cave near here. The staff will remain in the field through March, and the remainder of the year will be spent in study ing and classifying relics found. 5 1! I fv % |jVIV ’ And dull care withers on the vine .
