Seniors who qualified in machine gun firing last year will fire the problem. Eight thousand rounds of tracer ammunition will be used. This tracer ammunition can he followed in its trajectory at night, and the watcher is able to tell exactly where the bul let strikes. The problem will illus trate the theory of machine gun fire, and will bring out several peculiar characteristics of the Browning ma chine gun. Major General Hinds and Lt. Col. Mayo, who will be at the College Thursday and Friday, will be present at the exhibition. T CLUB DANCE At a meeting of the “T” Club De cember 10 it was decided to hold the annual “T” Club dance March 9. Sprott was elected chairman of the arrangements committee for the dance. Emmy: “I’m a windy girl.” Joe: “Yeah, windy we eat.” * * The combined circulation of the “Saturday Evening Post” and “The Conglomerate” is over two million. R. V.’s HOLD ANNUAL INITIATION AND BANQUET Mabry Elected King of Spring Fes tivities—Varner is Top- Kick The Ross volunteers completed their ranks for another year Sunday before last in the initiantion of 84 candidates, 30 seniors and 54 juniors. The initiation was held in the A. H. Pavilion under the supervision of Si Mey and, from all reports, was a howling success. The organization banquet, arranged by Louis Hobbs, was given that night in the Mess Hall Annex by Mr. Dun can. Here the junior officers for this year were elected, B. C. Varner, 1st sergeant, D. H. Beaty and H. E. Bur gess, sergeants. Plans for the R. V. festivities which are part of the spring here, were given much consideration, and F. M. Mabry of San Antonio was elected King of the R. V. festivities for 1928. The girl he selects will be crowned as queen during the program. Or ganization for the putting on of this event was made by the selection of the chairmen of the various commit tees, Arrangement, Dick Bernhard, music, Allen Peeples; programs and favors, Bugs Warren; floor, C.
