accurate, the Aggies receiving com
mittee has the edge over the Ponies
and this leaves room for a great game
of chance next Saturday.
Teams Are Physically Fit
The Aggies will have the advant
age in that their players are in better
physical condition than the Ponies.
The “Four Horse men” of the Aggie
team, Hunt, Conover, Varnell and
Burgess, will be ready for the fray
and all of the linemen will be ready.
S. M. U. will have all of their men
ready but the effects of the game last
Saturday will show up to a certain
extent. The Aggie reserve strength
is superior to that of S. M. U. but
this is not likely to affect the game
as it will be a free for all aerial af

Friday’s game with Tech saw some
of the Aggie players display the form
that made them famous in high school.
Pinky Alsabrook played the greatest
game of his college career.
* * *
Big Mortellra put up a great de
fensive game at backing up the line.
Watching him in action reminds one
of a great half-back from Brazos
County who recently played with S.
M. U.

Co-Ed Graduates Are Altar Shy
Statistics show that British uni
versity women graduates do not
marry readily, as only one in twenty
of the women who have gone through
colleges in the past seven years is
married now. Asked why, many of
them say that education has led them
to demand more in a man than they
are able to find, and that men are
afraid of educated women.
