JUNIOR PROM
LOOMS AS NEXT
SOCIAL AFFAIR
Committees Elected and Arrange
ments Being Made for Junior
Prom and Final Ball.
Arrangements are being made now
and the Junior Prom and Final Ball
are beginning to loom up in the fore
ground as the coming events that will
hold the attention of everyone. At a
meeting of the Junior class April 20th
the various men who are to look after
the arrangements for the Prom and
Final Ball were elected. Dick Bern-
hard was elected as chairman of the
arrangements committee to look after
the other committees who are to have
charge of putting on the Prom and
Final Ball. The other men elected for
the various committees were: W. E.
Eckles, chairman of the music com
mittee; A. H. Peoples, floor commit
tee; J. C. Quisenberry, chairman of
the Junior banquet committee; H. H.
Hardin, programs and favors; Fred
Dexter, decorations; and M. E. Diet-
ert, chairman of the Finance Com-
cittee.
With these men to take charge of
the arrangements it gives promise of
being one of the best affairs that has
taken place in a long time. It is a
good thing to have something pleas
ant to end up the year with that can
be looked back on in the future as
some of the best times ever spent
here. The Junior Prom and banquet
will take place on Friday, May 27th.
and the Final Ball will be on Monday
night, May 30th. There will be a Corps
dance in the Mess Hall on Saturday
so the week-end will hold plenty of
entertainment for everyone.
