would soon be a race across the
Chicago river for the honor of a
tooth brush. No one has recognized
the talent we have here at College;
we could be represented in any kind
of swimming event that may take
place and under any conditions. All
that need be done is to try out some
of the boys that reside in the lower
section of the Hollywood addition of
college. These boys are of unusual
ability, they have proven that they
can stand up under all kinds of con
ditions. Lack of walks have developed
some of the outswimmingest boys
any one ever s^w. Mud is the princi
ple coat. Food for thought men!
WHERE THEY PLAY THIS WEEK
Friday—Texas vs T. C. U. at Fort
Worth.
Saturday—Texas vs
Dallas.

T~>OWER and labor—the variable fac-
£ tors in farm production ^osts—
“constitute approximately 60 per cent
of the total cost of carrying on the farm
business.”*
American farmers pay close to $3,000,-
000,000 annually for power—about $500
per farm, average. But it’s cheap at
the price, for its use “has enabled the
agricultural worker to increase bis vol
ume of production nearly three times
over the average of 75 years ago.”*
Because this Company began to sup
ply farmers with labor saving power
and machinery 85 years ago, credit is
dne to Case products for part of that
three time increase in production per
worker. Case tractors, threshers and
combines have enabled many farmers
to overcome serious handicaps, to cut
down their production costs, to do more
work at less expense, to make more
money. Case machinery is a powerful
factor in the reorganization that is tak
ing place in Agriculture.
