P. A:
BLOND gentlemen and dark-haired gentlemen,
diffident* freshmen and august seniors . . .
Prince Albert is the overwhelming campus-
favorite of every type and every pipe. (Yes,
the pipes do have a voice in the matter. They
can act in a docile, friendly manner or they can
be mean. It depends on what you feed them.)
Open a tidy red tin of good old P. A. That
first fragrant whiff will tell you why gentlemen
prefer Prince Albert. Tuck a load into the bowl
of your pipe and light up. Fragrance and taste
alone are enough to win you.
But P. A. doesn’t stop there. It is cool
smoking. It is mild as Maytime, yet it has
plenty of body. It is kind to your tongue and
throat. You can hit it up all you like and it
never hits back. Try a tin of P. A. You’ll
certainly prefer it after that.
P. A. is sold everywhere in
tidy red tins, pound and half-
pound tin humidors f and
pound crystal-glass humidors
with sponge-moistener top.

A COMMENT
The passing of ground hog day and
the beginning of the warm spring
weather has not yet started an epidem
ic of spring fever, but many students
have been forced to think of the
summer vacation period, and incident
ally the summer job. Several compa
nies have already notified the stu
dents of their intention to employ col
lege students during the summer
months, but at present there is not a
general talk of summer jobs. It is
thought, however, that the most
popular subject of discussion
will soon be the summer vaca
tion. This applies only to the un
derclassmen, for the Seniors can look
only for the beginning of what they
hope to be a good position, and not for
vacation. For the others the coming
of summer is more of a problem, the
trouble being either to get a job or
to keep from having to work. The dif
ferent ways of spending the summer
months are many, but probably the
most popular way is getting the best
job possible. Other ways are, summer
school, summer camp, traveling one
way or another, or by doing nothing
and enjoying life in general. Whatever
is done, the three months time gener
ally begins to drag long before school
starts again.
