We, the members of the Junior
Class, do hereby submit the follow
ing resolutions on the death of Mr.
Matt Karnes, father of our fellow
classmate, W. H. Karnes.
Whereas, God in His infinite wis
dom, has deemed it wise and just to
call unto Him, the father of our fel
low classmate.
Therefore, be it resolved, that the
members of the Junior Class of Texas
Agricultural and Mechanical College,
extend deepest sympathy and condo
lence to his family.
And be it further resolved, that
copies of these resolutions be sent to
his family, to The Battalion, to the
Daily Bulletin, and to The Devil’s
River News.
