THE SOPHOMORE DANCE.

class, will make their debut into so-

Owing to the limited size of the “Gym”
floor, and to the limited amount of
funds obtainable, the class has decided
to extend nvitations only to Seniors
with ladies. The University visitors
will also be extended most cordial in
vitations to attend. Music will be fur
nished by the A. and M. College Or
chestra, which insures the best of
music.
The financial side of the dance is in
the hands of O. F. Spencer. To make
a success of the dance every Sopho
more must feel it his duty to “kick” in
with his share and place Spencer in a
position to make all preparations be
forehand. Don’t wait until, the last
minute, men; pay it now. The class
is going to give a dance, a good dance,
and it needs your support.

seen fit to call home from this earth
the mother of our friend and school
mate, J. M. Kincheloe.
We, a committee from the Waco
Club, do offer the following resolu
tions :
Resolved, That we extend to the
family our heartfelt sympathy in
their hour of bereavement, for we
recognize their loss is a great one.
Be it further resolved, That as a
token of our respect for the family,
a copy of these resolutions be sent
to them, a copy to each of the home
papers, and a copy to the Battalion.
