The cadets are co-operating with Mr. Sandford, the chairman of the decoration committee, . very heartily, that is, the majority of them are co operating with him. Several of the students, however, are not showing the right spirit in refusing to lend him their pennants and banners—a surprisingly large number are not showing their appreciation of the team —some are actually taking their pen nants and banners from their walls and putting them in their trunks to avoid being asked for them. This spirit, if spirit at all, is actuated by the fear that some of the pennants will be lost. This fear is natural, no doubt, as several pennants were stolen last year at one of the dances.
