(24) HEADQUARTERS CORPS OF CADETS. College Station, Texas, March 25, 1899. Special Orders No. 999. The following is published for the information and guidance of all concerned: 1. Cadet 2nd Lieut. Cousins is hereby reduced to ranks for neglect of duty. (Art. No. 888 Rules and Regulations —Every cadet is required to bathe at least twice a month.)
