Fos ter, president of the college, whose cordial greeting and well timed address not only served to make the visitors feel at home, but won a place in their hearts for the speaker. Spiller, Agricul tural and Mechanical College. The decision was awarded to E. P. Aldredge of Bay lor, with Glenn Flinn of the Southwestern University second.
