THE BATTALION. 13 ter on any subject of importance. In such cases the com mander shall transmit to the adjutant the question to be submitted. The adjutant shall at once write to each mem ber advising- him of the question and requesting him to vote thereon. Two weeks after such notice is sent the ad jutant shall open the ballots in the presence of the Campus Council, and they shall declare the result. All envelopes containing such ballots shall be plainly indorsed “Ballot,” the name of voter written on the flap of the envelope and shall only be opened as above provided. SECTION VI. Article 1. The regular meetings of this Fraternity shall be held at the A. & M. college during the annual commencements. Art. 2. Special meetings may called at any time when the commander or Campus Council may deem it necessary. Art. 3. The election of the officers shall take place at the regular meetings. Art. 4. Ten members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. SECTION VII. Article 1. The Fraternity may enter upon any agree ment with the Alumni association which tends to their mutual benefit, and act with them through a joint com mittee if necessary. SECTION VIII. Article 1.
