actions of the Fraternity. He shall draw warrants on the
quartermaster for all authorized expenses of the Fraternity
and shall g-enerally perform the duties usually performed'
try secretaries of similar organizations. He shall once a
year issue a circular to each member, containing- the latest
advice he has from the members of the Fraternity, their
addresses, etc.
The quartermaster shall be custodian of all funds,
paraphernalia, archives, etc., of the Fraternity. He shall
keep an account with each member and shall keep a gen
eral cash book showing- his receipts and disbursements.
He shall submit at each annual meeting- a full report of
all funds received and disbursed and the balance on hand.
He shall pay out no funds except on warrant of the adju
tant, properly approved by the commander.
The commissary shall assist the quartermaster in the
physical property of the Fraternity. The duties of the
other officers are ceremonial and need not be here stated.
Art. 4. The Campus Council may appoint Such special
committees as may be necessary from time to time.
Art. 5. There shall be a committee of three who
shall audit the books of the quartermaster during- the an
nual meeting- and report on same. They shall be selected
by the Fraternity at the meeting- and shall serve until a
similar committee is appointed.
Art. 6. The senior officer present at an annual meet
ing- shall call the meeting- to order, and in absence of all
reg-ular officers those present shall elect temporary officers
to fill the several positions.
Art. 7. The g-overnment of so larg-e a body as this
