A. of this place is so kind as to furnish a course of entertainments excelled by none in the land, and we show our appreciation for them by purchasing- sea son tickets and attending-. On the evening- of Oct. 27, the famous “Miss Nellie Chandler Concert Company,” com posed of sixteen young- ladies, g-ave us a concert in our Colleg-e Chapel, and have been hig-hlv praised for their excellent music. The Y. M. C. A. has no pecuniary inter ests in view in obtaining- these entertainments for us and it is to be hoped that everyone feels repaid for money ex pended for tickets. >|c jfc Some schools can boast of their fair young- ladies, some of their smart young- men, who are soon to enter the profes sional world, but we can boast of them all. Our young- la dies are students of other institutions, but visit us quite often; so the}’ belong- fo the A. & M.
