In my present discourse I purpose to discuss Eloquence
in a very brief and comprehensive manner, not altogether
embodying - the entire contents of the subject in considera
tion, under three points or heads.
Eloquence is “mind in motion,” so says Prof. Shedd.
And D’Alembert says in striking - harmony with this same
