Ronald S. McCarter has been pro-
moted to head of the Radar Research
Department at Bell Telephone Lab-
oratories, Whippany, N. J.
William A. Hackney is a lubricat-
ing engineer at Gulf Oil Corpora-
tion’s Port Arthur refinery. He and
his wife and their children live in
Groves.
Don E. Todd is a new faculty mem-
ber of A&M’s Electrical Engineering
Department. Todd, who holds a BS
in electrical engineering, is seeking
a PhD in that field.

John Hoyle, former junior high
school principal at Midland who is

Capt. Milton R. Robert was pre-
sented the Air Medal with three oak

Dr. Rayford G. Anthony has joined
A&M's chemical engineering depart-
ment faculty. He is a member of
the American Institute of Chemical
Engineers, American Society of Engi-
neering Education and the American
Chemical Society.
Capt. Dan Davis, who was awarded
the Silver Star in Viet Nam, is teach-
ing ROTC at the Texas College of
Arts and Industries, Kingsville. The
captain also holds the Bronze Star,
Air Medal and two Vietnamese
Medals.
Bren Dehn is Union Oil Compa-
ny’s manager of Producing Property
Acquisitions, Houston.
Elmer T. Kolle is assistant sales
manager for the Rath Packing Co.,
Chicago.
Charles W. Nichols is extension
animal breeding specialist at Oklaho-
ma State University, Stillwater.
Bobby Nichols won the Minnesota
Golf Classic by one stroke.
Capt. Rollings E. Bilby has gradu-
ated from the Air University’s squad-
ron Officer School, Maxwell AFB,
Ala. He is currently assigned to
Carswell AFB.
’ Gayle McNutt has joined

Texas Mid-Continent Oil
and Gas Association in Dallas. The
winner of several awards for out-
standing news reporting, McNutt was
a member of the capitol news bureau
of the “Houston Post” and former
president of the Texas Association of
Sigma Delta Chi.
Bill Myers was graduated from the
School of Urban Planning at Okla-
homa State in May. He now serves
as director of the Department of
Urban Development for the City of
Stillwater and teaches in OSU’s
School of Business.
Tommy Flood is teaching and
coaching at Waco High School. A
former Aggie footballer, Tommy
coached the fish team in 1958.
Capt. Johnny Lyon was awarded
the Air Medal at Mather AFB, Calif.
His other awards include the Viet
Nam Service Medal and the National
Defense Service Medal.
M. J. Nevill is manager of Shell
Pipe Line Corporation’s Four Corners
Division, with headquarters in
Compton, Calif.
Marcus Rex Hudgins, exploitation
engineer for Shell Oil, lives in Mid-

J. C. and Laurelei Burton and
their sons Jeffery Clarke and Stuart

After being on a U. S. Information
Agency grant in Guayaquil, Ecuador,
for two years and in El Salvador for
one year, Ernesto Uribe was awarded
a field appointment to the U. S. For-
eign Service as a staff officer.
Jay Gatlin is chief supply advisor
for the Royal Saudi Air Force, Dhah-
ram, Saudi Arabia.
Capt. Don C. Bott has returned to
his station in Savannah, Ga., follow-
ing a tour in Germany.
Gordon LeBoeuf, medical service

of the all-volunteer national speakers
