Balmer as military advisor in the interpretation of treaties for the Balkans and Italy. Capt. Gallaway joined the army upon receiving his degree in M. E, and received a regular commission in the Field Artillery on May 6, 1945. He has served two years on for- eign duty. While at A. & M. Col- lege, Capt. Galloway was a dis- tinguished student as well as Cadet Lt.
