CHARLES H. YOUNG is now at Camp Bowie, Texas, having just finished his basic training. He is in the Combat En- grs. and was a member of the Texas Legislature before volunteering for the Army. News has just been received in the As- sociation Office of two awards earned by LT. COL. OLIN E. “TIGER” TEAGUE. Lt. Col. Teague has been in the thick of activities since the French invasion. On the 24th of July, 1944, he was awarded the Silver Star for gallantry in action as battalion commander in France. He was slightly wounded in the action for which he received this award. He was awarded ust 4, 1944, for action against the enemy on July 8. Mrs. Teague and their two sons make their home at 3307 College Road, Bryan, Texas. Before entering the serv- ice Lt. Col, Teague was with the U. S. Post Office at College Station. CARL D. HALL has been employed in Corpus President C. D. “Babe” Watts, ’26 C.
