and will, whenever I know of anything
regarding any of our classmates, transmit

Mr. J. A. Scofield
College Station, Texas
Hi Beef:
Received your letter and was happy
to get it. Really think it was swell. Am
going to look for “Dad” Royer when I
go to San Antonio again.
Well, you have asked for it so here
it comes with both barrels. I am a
manufacturers representative with head-
quarters in Dallas. Mrs. Williams and I
live at 1155 North Madison Ave., Dallas
8, Texas (Telephone, Winfield 4343).
Our son, WYVEL T. WILLIAMS, JR.
is in Pensacola, Fla. in the Marine Air
Corps, He was in the Class of ’44.
Pal, I never have farmed any but you
remember the bull session I had with. you
and Dick Miller. Several of us have to
travel together now to save tires and
gas. There is a lot of high powered farm-
ing and ranching that goes con in our
cars as we drive around over the coun-
try. In fact, I think that you and Dick
would profit a lot if you could talk with
a bunch of salesmen as they really seem
to know their stuff about farming and
cattle raising.
I still cannot see why a man with 160
A. of land could not get one good cow
and if she produced a heifer calf in two
years be could double. In another year
another double and so on until in twenty
years he could have a half million cows.
Then he could sell and just look at the
money. Well, we will continue this the
next time I am with you and Dick.
Yours for a lot of luck,
WYVEL T. WILLIAMS
