Kyle (Our Ed) of A. & M. College spent the, week on the Blanco, near Kyle, fishing with John Sewell, colored, the master fisherman. This old Kyle boy, who has risen high in the world, has not gotten above his country village home and its folks, and he still likes to visit the old swimming holes and the fishing places of his childhood and boyhood days. And we always enjoy knowing he is up on the river, even if he does confine his association to John Sewell and the mosquitoes. Come every summer, Dean.” C. M. Highly successful Class reunions were enjoyed at Commencement by the 1912, the 1917 and the 1927 classes. The older groups shaded the 1927 class in percentage of returning members but not in enthu- siasm. The reunions were one of the big features of the Commence- ments week-end and of the annual meeting of the Association of Former Students. Most spectacular of the reunions was that of the 1917 War Class, invited to participate as special guests by the Class of 1937. With over 70 members of the class present the lads who missed their own commencement because of the World War were accorded special honors at the Graduation ceremonies and at the Final Review. In be- tween these formal affairs the group held its own meetings at the Bryan Country Club, at Kyle Field and at other campus spots. 1912 Reunion Registration Name City W. E. Allen Waco G. W.
