ROSS VOLUNTEERS T0 HOLD INITIATION, CONGRATULATIONS It has been announced by Bill Kelly, Captain, that the Ross Vol- unteer company will hold its an- nual congratulations and initiation of new members on next Sunday. The congratulations to be held in the morning, with the public in- vited—the scene to be historical Kyle Field. The private informal in- itiation will be held in the after- noon, followed by the formal ini- tiation and banquet Sunday even- ing. The military organization known as the Ross Volunteers is the old- est organized student activity at A and M. The first company, or- ganized in 1887, was called the Scott Volunteers in honor of Col- onel T. M. Scott, at that time bus- iness manager of the College.
