There will be a compulsory formation of all the corps for the purpose of the processional and the presentation of an honorary de- gree to Mr. Jesse Jones, Thurs- day, November 5, 1936. 2. The Infantry and the Engi- neer Regiments including the two day student companies, who will form on the street west of Bizzell Hall, will march to Guion Hall. The First Battalion Infantry will be seated in the west gallery. The Second Battalion Infantry will be seated in the east gallery. The two day student companies Infantry will be seated in the north gallery. The Engineer Regiment will be seated down stairs section. 3. The remainder of the corps will proceed as follows: Organiza- tion commanders and chiefs of res- pective staffs will form all seniors and juniors under their command and will march as a unit to Guion Hall where they will report to their Tactical Officer, giving the names of those absent. 4. The First Sergeants of all or- ganiations other than the Infantry and the Engineers, will assemble sophomores and freshmen and fol- lowing the upperclassmen will march as units to the vicinity of the flag pole where they will be formed on each side of Military Walk, facing the center of Military Walk, and extending from the flag pole to Guion Hall with no inter- val between units, forming an avenue through which the proces- sional will pass. 5. The band will form space north of Goodwin Hall and when the units have taken their position will march to take posi- tion on the Military Walk just north of the flag pole and facing south. A grand march will be play- ed during the processional. 6. The cadets forming the re- viewing files will be called to at- tention by the bugler, as the pro- cessional emerges from the Aca- demic Building. The band will be- gin playing immediately after at- tention has been sounded and con- tinue until the processional has entered Guion Hall. This formation will stand dismissed as soon as the processional has entered Guion in the westy in the ! There will be a dismounted re- view, without arms, of all military students of the R.O.T.C. and non- R.O.T.C. of the Corps of Cadets, in honor of Mr. Jesse Jones, Thurs- day afternoon, November 5, 1936. First Call: 15 minutes after com- pletion of ceremonies in Guion Hall. Assembly: 5 minutes later. 1st Adjutant’s Call: 5 minutes later. 2nd Adjutant’s Call: 10 minutes later. J Uniform: No. 1. Cadet officers may wear boots. Students in improper uniform will not be allowed to participate in the review, and will be reported absent. Colors and guidons will not be carried. 2. Formation: Line of Battalions in Close Column of Platoons. 3. a. Order of Units: Band; 1st Battalion, Infantry; 2nd Battalion, Infantry; 1st Battalion, Field Ar- tillery; 2nd Battalion, Field Artil- lery; Engineer Regiment; Coast Artillery Battalion; Signal Corps Battalion; Chemical Warfare Bat- talion; Cavalry Regiment. b. Cadet regimental commanders will designate one cadet officer for each of their battalions to take position on the review field and guide the battalion to its proper place. c. In passing in review, regi- ments will follow preceding regi- ments at fifty (50) yards. 4. Assembly points, routes to and from review field: a. Infantry Regiment. Assembly Point: Military Walk, right of regiment opposite Flag Pole.; Route to review field: Mil- itary walk, road south of Bizzell Hall, south circular drive, position on field. Route to return to dormitories: Point on road north of review field. south circular drive, road south of Bizzell Hall, Military Walk. b. Field Artillery Regiment. Assembly Point: Along road just south of Law-Puryear Halls, right of regiment at point on road be- tween World War Dead Monument and south end of ditch across Field Artillery drill field. Route to re- view field: From assembly point thence south across review field to position. Route to return to dor- mitories:Point on road north of review field, World War Dead Monument, road south of Law- Puryear Halls. c. Engineer Regiment. Assembly Point: Along Military Walk, right of regiment at point opposite northwest corner of Leg- gett Hall. Route to review field: Follow Infantry Regiment. Route to return to dormitories: Point on road north of review field, Bugle Stand, Military Walk. d. Composite Regiment.
