CHARLES FRANCIS POTTER, NOTED LECTURER Dr. Charles Francis Potter of New York, noted proponent of the new “humanism” has been engaged by the A. & M. College Seminars for a public lecture in the College Assembly Hall on the evening of November 13th. The subject of the address is “The Rise of Hu- manism’’. Dr. Potter’s appearance here will be in accordance with the policy of the seminars of bringing to the community each year a noted lead- er in the social sciences. Among the speakers sponsored in the past are Max Eastman, William Allen White, and Will Durant.
