RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT We, the members of the Palestine Club of the Agricultural and Mechan- ical College of Texas, do hereby sub- mit the following resolutions on the death of Maurice Fitzgerald, our clubmate: Whereas, God in His infinite wis- dom has deemed it wise and just to call unto Him Maurice Fitzgerald, our friend and clubmate: Therefore, be it resolved that the members of the Palestine Club-of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas extend our deepest sympa- thy and condolence to his family and others who loved him, and be it fur- ther resolved that copies of these resolutions be sent to his family, The Daily Bulletin, The Battalion, and The Palestine Daily Herald. The following recommendations of the Senior Court having been ap- proved are published for the informa- tion and guidance of all concerned: (a) For being absent from the Col- lege without authority, Cadets J. L. Allen, R. E. Kilpatrick and L. F. Web- ber, Troop D, Cavalry, are hereby as- sessed 12 hours extra duty and con- fined to the limits of the campus un- til sentence is served. (b) For being absent from the Col- lege without authority and for im- proper attitude toward Senior Cadet Officer, Cadet A. L. Gates, Troop D, Cavalry, is hereby assessed 16 hours extra duty and confined to the limits of the Campus until sentence is serv- ed. (d) For disrespect toward Senior Cadet Officer, Cadet J. B. Crews, Bat- tery A, Field Artillery, is hereby as- sessed 8 hours extra duty and con- fined to the limits of the Campus un- til sentence is served. 2. The above named students will report to the Special Officer of the Guard with rifle and belt at 1:00 p. m. Saturday and Sunday of each week until the extra duty is served. F. H.
