The following recommendations of the Senior Court having been ap- proved are published for the infor- mation and guidance of all concerned. (a) For being in Non-Regulation uniform and making false statement to Senior Cadet Officer, Cadet W. J. Davis, Troop B, Cavalry, is hereby confined to the limits of the Campus for the remainder of this term and is assessed the sum of 20 demerits. Ca- det Davis will report to the Officer of the Day on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in the Rotunda, Main Building, at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 p. m. (b) For smoking in the Aessembly Hall, Cadets G. P. Munson and F. A. Sheffield, Company D, Infantry, are each assessed the sum of 20 demerits. (¢) For continual violation of uni- form regulations, Cadet E. W. JINX TUCKER SAYS— The fans of St. Paul and Minne- apolis, the twin cities of Minnesota, after reading carefully of the reports of the 5-to-1 defeat of the University of Minnesota by the Texas Aggies, the 32-to-5 defeat of the same team by Texas University, and the 9-to-4 and 3-to-1 defeats of the St. Paul team of the American association by the Aggies, must have considerable respect for the grade of baseball played in intercollegiate circles of the southwest. & 3
