An inquisitive rat plunged the en- tire College Campus in darkness the night of January 6 and interrupted the regular Wednesday night radio program being broadcast by Station WTAW. The rat ran behind the main switchboard at the central power sta- tion causing a blow-out of fuses ga- lore that immediately put out every light. No in- troduction is needed by the public to this orchestra, which has become famous throughout the United States through concert tours, radio programs and phonograph reeords. M. C. A. from 9:00 to 10:30 by those who have already purchased tickets, Agronomy Society Will Meet Wednesday Night Dr. B. Youngblood, director of the Experiment Station and E. B. Rey- nolds, chief of the Division of Agron- omy of the Station, will speak to the Agronomy society at its regular meet- ing on Wednesday evening, January 13, at 7:00 o’clock in the Agronomy Library. Dr. Youngblood will discuss the accomplishments of the Experi- ment Station and Mr. Reynolds will tell of experiments being conducted by the division of Agronomy.
