An inquisitive rat plunged the en-
tire College Campus in darkness the
night of January 6 and interrupted
the regular Wednesday night radio
program being broadcast by Station
WTAW. The rat ran behind the main
switchboard at the central power sta-
tion causing a blow-out of fuses ga-
lore that immediately put out every
light. It was several minutes before
the damage could be repaired and
the radio program resumed.
