Executive Committee Of Exstudents Meets To Discuss Problems Matters pertaining to the admin- istration of the affairs of the For- mer Students Association of the A. & M. College of Texas were discussed] by the executive committee of the association which was in meeting here all day with Colonel Ike S. Ach- burn, executive secretary of the As- sociation and three visiting exstud- ents from Houston. Members of the executive committee present today were C. C. Kreuger of San Antonio, president of the Association, Don Lee of Dallas and M. J. Miller of Fort Worth, vice presidents. Visitors present from Houston were Andy Rollins, C. A. Thanheiser, ERY. Todd, Commandant, from the War Department detailing Major Edward H. Bertram, infantry, to the College. No date is given on the as- signment but it is expected that he will not report until next fall. The complete order is as follows: Major Edward H. Bertram, infantry is releived from his present assign- ment and duties as student, the Com- mand and General Staff School, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, effective upon completion of the present course of instruction and is then detailed by direction of the President, at the Agri- cultural and Mechanical College of Texas, College Station, Texas.
