The Daily Bulletin WILLIAM BENNETT BIZZELL President of the College FRANK O. MARTIN Publicity Secretary VADA TUCKER Assistant. AN OPPORTUNITY FOR LAMAR COUNTY (Paris News) It is proposed to send . to the short course at A. and M. College next July a delegation of the boys and girls of Lamar county—to be accompanied, of course, by a suffici- ent number of adults to preserve all the amenities and to see that the youngsters are properly looked after. Ths is a real opportunity for the county of Lamar. If fifty boys and girls are sent for the week they will absorb enough progress in a dozen different directions to keep all of us buy for a year. The short course is a wonderful thing .as it has been developed by the A. and M. extension service. There are gathered hundreds of the boys and girls and men and women to mingle and associate with each other; to exchange facts and experi- ences; with a little nstruction thrown in to direct these exchanges along certain lines and thus to get the greatest good for the State The plans have not yet been work- ed out but they will be announced in The Morning News in due course of time—and in the meanwhile there should be some inquiry upon the part of the thinking men and women of Lamar county to the end that when the matter is laid before them they may be posted as to the probable value of such a visit as it is pro- posed to pay. iT $4 PEPE 34 4 ER 8 4 3 4 FR Ep 4 Everything for : = the Student : 2 : Bee] Books and Stationery Supplies.
