SECOND TERM REGISTRATION

The following instructions are pub-
lished for the information of all old
students who expect to register for
the second term of the current session.
1. Official registration days are
Thursday and Friday, January 29 and
30, and up to 1 p. m. of January 3i.
2. 01d students failing to complete
uary 31, will be dropped from the
rolls of the College.
3. The routine of registration i
as follows:
(a) Pay all fees at the Cashier’s
Office, except the laboratory fees.
(b) Present -cashier’s receipt to
the Commandant’s Office.
(c) Report to the Registrar’s Of-
fice for assignment to classes and for
payment of laboratory fees.
4. Registration is not complete un-
til the student has been assigned to
a section, or has had his assignment
card properly filled out and approved
t by the Dean of the School concerned,
and has returned it to the Registrar’s
Office.
5. Printed schedules for the sec-
ond term will be available for distri-
bution at the Registrar’s Office Fri-
day, January 23.
New students will report to the
Registrar’s Office for instructions
concerning registration.

EXCESS HOURS

Seniors desiring to take ar exces:
of hours should hand in petitions i.
the usual way.
To all others the grade-point rule
applies. Under this rule the student
must have earned at least 12 grade
to take an excess in the second term.
Those who have the required num-
ber of grade-points should mention
their desire to take an excess to the
Dean of their School at the time they
present their assignment card to him
for final approval. Written petitions
are not necessary. Those who have
not earned the required number of
grade-points need not ask for an ev-
cess.

CORPS DANCE TOMORROW;
ANNUAL EVENTS NEAR
H. D. Duckett, social secretary, ha
announced a corps dance for tomor-
row evening beginning at 9:00 o’clock
in the Mess Hall Annex. Music will
be furnished by Aggieland, and zl!
Campus people are invited to attend.
Other social events which are loom-
ing on the Aggie calendar are the
celebrated annual Barnyard Dance
and the honor which is yearly extend-
ed the athletes of the College—the
“TT” dance. Definite dates for these
registration by 1 p. m. Saturday, Jan-|

affairs have not been given out, but
it is probable that the Barnyard will
bz presented between terms and that
he “T” dance will follow in the near
future. There will be a corps dance
on the Saturday between terms, and
this dance will be the last to be giv-
en in the Mess Hall. In the future
all dances will occur in the Gymna-
sium. The first one of these will be
held on February 16, as a part of
the home-coming celebration for all
old “T” men of the College. This will
not be the formal “T” dance, however.
Full announcements will be made soon
regarding these popular events.
