CORPS RECOMMENDATIONS

Reserve Officers Training Corps.

MEMORANDUM:
1. The cadet officers named herein
will submit to this office not later
than April 25th, 1924, their recom-
mendations with reference to appoint-
ments in the Corgs of Cadets for the
session of 1924-25 as follows:
(a) The corps commander and the
corps adjutant will submit recom-
mendations fcr their respective suc-
cessors in office, all field and staff
officers and staff non-commissioned
officers within the Corps of Cadets,
and all company, troop and battery
commanders;
(b) The regimental commanders
and the regimental adjutants will sub-
mit recommendations for their re-
spective successors, for all Field offi-
cers of the Corps of Cadets, and for
all staff officers and staff non-com-
missioned officers and all company,
| troop and battery ccmmanders with- |
in their respective regiments;
(¢) The battalion commanders will
submit recommendations for their
respective successors, for all field of-
ficers of the Corps of Cadets, and for
all staff officers and staff non-com-
missioned officers and all company
{troop and battery commanders of
their resjective battalions;
(d) The company, troop and bat-
mendations for all officers and non-
commissioned officers within their re-
spective organizations. The number to
be recommended will be based on pre-
sent organization.
2. Cadet Officers are requested not
to consult with each other with ref-
erence to these recommendations as
‘the individual judgment of the cadet
| officer concerned is desired. Those
making recommendations will take
into consideration the educationai
| standing, the military bearing, and
the faithfulness with which the ca-
| dets have-discharged their duties and
| cooperated with them during the pre-
sent year.
