A team composed of Mary Beth Mitchell and Elizabeth Atkins of A. & M. Consolidated was second girls debating team. Results of the sub-junior spelling have not been determined. Second place in the boys debate also ‘failed to be decided. It rests between A. & M. Consolidated and Edge. Bryan High School defeated the two for first place and the two then failed to meet for deciding the runnersup position.
