great usefulness. He announced that |
spring football training would begin
within the next month and urged its
importance.
Coach House attributed the suc- |
cess of the schedule very largely to |
the interest and hard work of the
men who participated.
“Bull” Johnson said the way to!
measure up was to go out and do
as the Coach advised, do it grace-
fully and persistently, so that they
would be fitted to give Stewart a case
of gloom next fall.
“Silent” Miller grappled his sub-
ject of “Duty” with understanding.
He told the men that they showed |
a recognition of their duty in parti-
cipating in the league and making the |
success whch explained their pres- |
ence there as members of the win-
ning teams. .

LECTURE ON PALESTINE

row night of the Presbyterian group, |
by the pastor. Illustrations will be |
plain and colored pictures that will
be thrown on the screen, to show |
scenes, costumes, and conditions in |
that Oriental country. All Campus |
people and students, whether members
