M. C. A. building and extending north past the new Assembly hall, the President’s residence and the Mess hall to the In- ternational and Great Northern rail- | road spur track just south of W. A Duncan’s residence. To this main pavement an extension will be made west past the President’s house on the south and to the western limit of his residence lot. It will also be join- ed with the Military walk by the twc short drives bounding the Fountain lawn on the north and south.
