Fort Sam Houston Officers to Judge Three regular army officers will come from Fort Sam Houston to act as judges of the individual and company competitive drills which will feature the first day of the commencement period of the College, June 2. They are Lieutenant Colonel F. H. Turner, Major F. A. Barker and Captain John Cody. It is the custom of the cadet corps | to conclude each academic year of the College with competitive drills to de- | termine the best drilled organizations | in the cadet corps and the best drilled individual in each organization.
